downloaded PDF reports you choose to save for offline access.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This allows the app to download PDF reports you request
from the server and store them securely on your device for offline use.

functionality.

Essential for accessing the internet to fetch and sync data, ensuring a
seamless user experience with proper alert messaging.
